Private Spa - Now open!

Located at Bodywise in Kenosha WI, this is a comfortable and private space featuring an infrared sauna and cold plunge. It is perfectly sized to accommodate one or two guests. Take a dip in the cold plunge, warm up in the sauna, enjoy a quiet reset.  Schedule individual sessions or purchase a membership.

The entire experience is self-serve. Schedule and pay online, then sign an electronic waiver. When you arrive at Bodywise, you’ll go directly back to the room (Private Spa – third door on the right in the hallway). The door will be open and the room will be ready for you. When you close the door, it will lock behind you and you’re all set! All amenities in the space are yours to utilize.  Please arrive and exit on time. If you arrive early, you can relax in the waiting area until your reservation time. 

Depending on how you plan to spend your time, you may want to bring: swimsuit, water bottle, breathable attire. Also feel free to bring your headphones, a book, or anything to help enhance your relaxation! Towels and robes are provided.

The infrared sauna goes up to 149 degrees. You can adjust the temperature to what feels comfortable for you. The cold plunge uses a filtration system and chiller and goes down to 37 degrees.

Kindly place any used towels, robes, slippers in the hamper and dispose of any trash. No need to turn off the sauna or cold plunge.  Make sure you have all of your belongings, and you can leave the door open when you exit.  That’s it!

For regular sessions, you can bring one guest for $25. With the 60-minute membership, you are allowed a complimentary guest with each visit.  Watch for special events where you can have a group of three.
